The K4r individual ouputs are strange to setup until you get used to it. For a single patch press Edit until Output Pach= is displayed. Assign an Output Patch number from 1 to 32. Press Edit again and Submix Ch= is displayed. Enter a Submix Channel from A to H. Then press Output until Submix Edit= is displayed. This should be the Submix Channel you chose (A to H). Press Output again and the top line should show the Output Patch number you chose. The bottom line displays Pan/Indiv= . Keep pressing Yes and you should see the pan assignments step from -7 to +7 (Left to Right for the main outputs. If you keep pressing Yes you will see I1 to I6 for the individual outputs. That should do it. Remember to Write the patch to save it. Setting up the Multis is very similar. Hopefully I didn't add to the confusion, Fran --- In kawaisynths@yahoogroups.com, "jusufzemplin" <jusuf@...> wrote:

Thanks Fran, That explaination certainly makes the most sense I've heard, its a bloody annoying machine the K4r , everything else is simple apart from the output assign ,great bit of kit though one of my all time favourites. Jason
