Q-80 Power Supply

Q-80 Power Supply

2005-03-02 by adsemailau

I'm thinking about buying a q-80 but it doesn't come with a power
supply, I downloaded the manual and it said it uses a "special" power
supper that's 10V/1000ma, do i have to buy one of these or can i go
down to a radioshack and just buy one from there?

Thanks in advance

Well, 10 volts is kind of an odd value I think. You can buy those
variable power supplies which let you switch voltage, polarity, and
plug size, and if it's 1000ma (shouldn't be a problem) and has a
setting for 10 volts (iffy) then you're home free. Just how much is
this Q-80? Because unless it's really cheap, you should take into
consideration that you have to spend another 20 bucks for the power
supply.
