Korg Mono/Poly

Hello fellow MP nerds :)

I'm considering a DIY flightcase build for my beloved Mono/poly. Do you guys have any experience with it? What im looking for is what the inner dimensions of my flightcase should be and how to securely fasten the Mono/poly inside the flightcase (with foam and wood?).
