I agree with this, it's possible : With Alesis Freeloader 1.0 With the help of the windows on the left and right : - select and ADD in the top windows any file that is NOT intended for the Poly800II (a sysex for DX7 works fine) - Then select and ADD the datadumpreqst.syx - click on "sysex" in the rolling menu, a new window appears. - click on ">" - click on "wait for sysex" A few second after, you get a message "receiving midi" and 5383 bytes. That's all. I can't upload all the files, I get a message :"The disk space allotted for this community is not big enough for your file", I need 384k, I have uploaded only datadumpreqst.syx. The file that is NOT intended for the Poly800II is used to add time for click on "wait for sysex" after the click on ">". Without it, only 300 ms are available, and if not impossible, it is quite hard and needs some training. To send a sysex or play a midi file "tampon.syx" is not necessary. Simply ADD the file and click on ">". The datadumpreqst.syx file contains the chain F0 42 21 0C 10 F7, provided in the manual of the synthesizer. I Hope this will help Stephen ---------- Initial Header ----------- From : "jisatsuboy" <pederseneric@...> To : korgpolyex@yahoogroups.com Cc : Date : Wed, 16 Mar 2005 01:09:30 -0000 Subject : [korgpolyex] Re: sysex dump ************************ ADSL JUSQU'A 8 MEGA + 3 MOIS DE TELEPHONE GRATUIT ************************ L'ultra haut débit à 15EUR/mois seulement !
