Korg Poly800/EX800 Users

I recently bought a ex800 and want to add the moog slayer mod to it. I 
have a soldering iron some 50k audio pots. I have never done anything 
like this before and was wondering if there was an idiots guide to 
doing it with diagrams etc ???? if not can any one post one up. 

When I got the ex I also got the user guide and service manual, Which I 
plan at some point to scan and make available for others, as there 
dosent seem to be one on the web.
