Today, I got most of the cascading unit software working. I now have my EX800 working with my Poly800 so that I get 16 note polyphony in single mode and 8 note polyphony in double mode. When you carry out a patch change on the Poly 800, it sends a program change and a sysex single patch dump so that the EX800 always ends up playing the same sound as the Poly 800. 8 note polyphony sounds BIG!
