Wanted - Poly 800 MKII user manual in file format

Also, I noticed that the links to the Poly 800 MK11 user manual are
now dead.

So if anyone has a scanned copy of the MKii user manual or could do
that for us and then upload it to the User Manual section in the Poly
800 MKii folders section - that would be great.
