OK ,I did a preliminary check of the sysex single patch dump send and receive and on first glance it looks OK. I was able to send your patch into my Poly and it worked fine. Ofcourse I don't know your exact patch values so I can't confirm that it works exactly as it should. But I did quite a bit of testing with patches of my own and they sysex'd in and out quite OK. I think it's all working OK.
