is it possible to change poly-800 II parameters with a midi controler?

Hi, 
I'd like to control my poly-800 II with a bcr-2000.
Could someone please tell me how to program sysex in the
bcr2000 to tweak parameters of the poly 800 II in real time please?
It seems very complicated to program... I wish the korg used control changes instead of sysex!
