Korg Poly800/EX800 Users

what do people think about (the possibility of) a HPF?
i've been studying the Juno quite closely for a few weeks, 
especially the 'hpf', which is in fact a switch with 4 
settings, inserted in the path *after* the lpf(although it 
appears to be before, on the panel).

i don't know how the korg filter would lend itself to this, 
but with a juno it can be helpful as a lowcut(and lowest 
setting is a 'bass boost' using a bandpass). i've emulated it 
reasonably successfully in software and understand how it works.
and if implemented, could be controlled and recalled(or disabled) 
with logic switching. doesn't seem completely incompatible with 
korg800 structure at all.

also wondering about some kind of limiter, as i read atomsmasher 
saying it's a good thing to have around, with res settings...a 
simple onboard circuit, is that worth thinking about?
