Well.. these machines are from different era's. I love the intuitiveness from the 70 machines and it makes you really understand what you're doing with sound. I suppose a lot of people who have had their first encounter with these machines are hooked forever. I have no problem with the same level of control on a MIDI enabled synth like the Hawk800 or DW8000 via a controller pad or DAW.Main thing is you turn them on and the sound like they should. In that respect they both have deserved their status. Juno is a killer on electro funk, DW8000 is perfect for the 80s pad sounds and thats where I'm aiming for.
