aha, nice! thanks for the update post. The basic 3D material is indeed a bit 'sandpaper-like', I usually polish it up myself. The hi-res material works out pretty fine though, but that needs painting because it's transparent.

Does the bezel not fit on the syntaur or is it also a problem on the original switches? It looks like the 'legs' are not long enough or something? Maybe you can carefully file out a bit or file a bit off the bottom side of the lip on the switch? I can also lengthen the legs a bit of course...
