Hi!

The poly800 is vett sensitive to the volumelevel of the backup signal. 
-Try lowering the volume and start load on poly800. 
-Then start wav on computer. 
-While wav is playing raise the volume until you see blinking in panel of poly800, then you have correct level
-restart load again and it should work, at least it did for me :)
