I´ve sync'ed my poly to an Korg ES-1, full of old drum samples, then sampled sequences from the poly, it could do that kind of fast arpeggios like trance and stuff, and layering them... And the bass got pretty more fat thru ES-1 filters (and can record the movement of the filter knobs)... I´ve even done a cover from Fischerspooner´s "Emerge" very easy...hehehe, funny... The sad thing is that the poly responds only to one midi channel...
