It was used very little and looks like new. It even came with a nice
soft case. when I powered it up, the only thing I could get out of it
was a wierd wooshing sound. kinda like vibrato. but I ran through the
params(as someone in this board showed) and adjusted it to a stock 1
osc saw wave and it sounds fine now. like a saw wave should. I think
this is a early version of the board(can we tell how old these are by
the serial numbers?). I took it apart and there is no battery inside.
so as long as I keep it plugged in or with good batteries Im fine. but
get this, I saved the basic patch to memory spot 11. after unpluging
it for about 20 minutes, I powered it back up and the basic patch I
saved was still there! do these use a capacitor so it will give you
time to change the batteries before you loss memory? I guess I could
unplug it overnight and find out. anyways, I think for $50 bucks I got
a good deal.
