Poly 800 (mk1) Power supply negative rail inverter

Hello group!
Does anybody have any additional information about dc-dc inverter used for a negative (-5v) rail of poly 800's power supply?
it's a center tapped transformer marked as "rd-4" in the service manual.
It would be possible to remake the negative rail with voltage converter IC but i'd rather do it the old way :-)
