and, they just passed a law of some kind, outlawing the Yakuza in a big way.
So big, in fact, it's really putting them out of business to the extent that
Chinese Tongs are coming in and taking over!

I even visited a spa (bathhouse) that had a big sign out front, "No
Yakuza"...  so it seems popular opinion and action is moving away from that
type of thing.
