Hi,

Today we uploaded the first offical release of a totally re-written (by
RME!) MacOS driver for the DIGI96 series (file name m96_1.sit, see
download page). The list of fixed bugs and added features is endless,
so here only a short overview:

settings no longer lost
complete ASIO support with Settings dialog
switchable latencies (46 ms down to 6 ms)
24 bit support with ASIO
rec/play offsets removed
multi-card support
faders for volume control (models with analog out)
mono format added to Sound Manager

etc etc...

And at last: Performance problem with Logic solved (use 'Direct' in the
ASIO Settings dialog when working with Logic).

The driver is available on RME's homepage: http://www.rme-audio.com (go
to the download page) and has been tested my Manfred Maraun from Emagic
who gave it a "thumbs up"! :-)
