I don't know about today, bur in the past Rogers would have been the first choice for a Studio
Kit, they are excellent drums, and many good recordings have been made with them.I would hazard a
guess that a full third , at least of all the good recordings that have ever been made would have
been with Rogers. What sound were you trying to get ? Maybe Tama might be different enough. Have
you tried all the damper settings, head-tunings, bottom head off and on, cushions in the drums,
different heads,etc, etc, maybe you need to try a different drummer ?
