I'll simply state this: I have taken two years away from any creative music endeavors and have spent it all learning gear digital gear. My clients are impressed; I have learned to be proficient in a "brave new world"; but my music was the trade off. Now that my studio is successful (that is a RELATIVE term) I am starting to consider taking time to work on my stuff.
