While it is a problem in the short term, it's all a matter of time 
before the industry has "sued them all". ;-)
I'm convinced it's possible to get down illegal downloading to 10% or 
so, just like real world pirating. But it'll take many more years... 
which is a good thing because the industry's alternatives aren't ready 
yet either.
