BEWARE the health hazards, but they can be contained. Most insulation company's provide data on which frequencies, various products absorb. Do a little acoustics study, and in conjunction with your ears, you will be able to work out which frequencies you need to absorb.[dont forget you can reflect and diffuse with good results also].
