The Logic Off Topic list

Hi!

I have some trouble with my computer. It started when I was about to 
help a friend with checking the wizoo guide to Logic cd. When I 
activated the cd´s .exe file to start the program on the cd, strange 
things happened and the file could not load. Maybe a broken cd?

Now my computer has started to behave strange. 

1 When opening WMPlayer I get a message "Illegal operation" bla bla. 

2 When visiting windows update theres only a blank page?

3 When I try to sign in at my webmail mailbox. The user and password 
fields used to be activated automatically, so I could type them 
directly without having to click the field. Now when I click "login" 
nothing happens. It´s a java scrip and maybe this has something to do 
with it? This is also the case when loggin in on yahoo. If I remember 
it right the cursor used to automatically activate itself in the 
login field. Thank god that the login worked ;-)

4 When visiting Native Instruments homepage theres a new font and the 
FM7 splash isnt there anymore, and not the little FM7 demoplayer 
either. All the other pics are there.

All other pages I have visited and know, the layout are looking as 
they should.

I have tried to reinstall WMPlayer without luck, still the 
same "Illegal op". Also reinstall windows didnt give anything.

PLEASE HELP! SOS
