So the Apple Article says the Shakira Disc, Laundry Service is one of
the
protected CD's.  I have that disc (Don't ask, suffice it to say my 4
year
old has a big crush), and it has no such warning on the disc or the
cover.

It has the proper CD logo, so I shoved it in the old Powerbook, fired it
up
in Itunes, and was listening to (then very shortly ejecting!) Shakira.

Does it depend on which country you buy the disc in??
