The Logic Off Topic list

Hi,

Because of several threads that we all had to deal with on the LUG, I've
decided to make the list policy more strict and to apply the rules more
strictly. I'll use the moderation tools strictly from now on to push
this list in a positive direction. Name-calling, "political" threads and
many other problematic topics will be moderated immediately. If an
individual has to go to maintain "peace" on this list, I will have no
problems in banning him. There are 4400+ subscribers on this list and it
seems to be the only way to make it work.

I also kindly ask everyone to post less OT mails. There's been quite a
high "noise ratio" lately. I hope we can all get back on topic and help
eachother out on Logic-related subjects. This list is made BY Logic
users FOR Logic-users, so it'll only be as good as we make it!!!

Any comments on this should be sent to me privately, please do not
bother the list with it. You can mail me at joeri@...     I'll do
my best to reply to each mail I get, although it might take some time.
