Better that Emagic be taken over by a company with big  bucks which 
appreciates it - rather than disappear completely like Personal Composer on 
the PC did, or various other sequencers over the years - most recently 
Opcode's StudioVision.

Talk about a rip off - Opcode offered Studio vision for the cheap price of 
$250 - knowing full well that they were going to out of business completely 
30 days later - i made the mistake of buying and was completely screwed. That 
was damn fraud because they knew full well they were selling a deadend 
program - without even a cross grade option.
