Yes, how dare you ask an on-topic question in the off-topic list?  At 
times like this???  Geesh... :-)

I did that on a Mac and would expect pricing to be the same.  The 
cost was some 400 euro (= dollar).  A bit more  maybe -- 410, 420...
About "proceeding": I just went to my dealer and ordered the 
appropriate upgrade.  Upon arrival I paid the price.  And that's it. 
Very simple, really.
