I never attacked any Mac users. I suppose this to be an easy provable fact,
search the archives if you want.
Usually I also don't jump into any flaming of any kind.

I haven't been offensive either but what I was saying is easy to be backed
up by statistic facts.
I could eventually have used "the average north american citizen" instead of
"you US dudes", but the facts remain the same. If you look around a bit you
will easily find some stats about the fuel-per-person-and-year usage. You
might also find informations about the "fleet fuel usage" (I don't know the
proper english term, the average value of fuel per miles all cars of a given
company use).
You will then easily be able to see what I meant, simply due to the fact
that north america is world leading in both categories. Germany might follow
close behind, but I never defended any german habits of being car maniacs in
general either, in fact I just hate it as much.

And this defenitly will be my last post on this thread to the LUG. Couldn't
get more OT.
