OT stuff etc

2001-03-19 by Joeri Vankeirsbilck

Hi,

I've found a way that I can put more time in the LUG: as some of you might
know: all Emagic lists which I administrate have the following "protection"
system: it's a unmoderated list, except for the fact that all new members are
automatically moderated until I set them in unmoderated mode. This takes a lot
of my time, but it's a "waterproof" system to guarantee there's no spam on the
list etc. I've put the Sounddiver and TDM list in full unmoderated mode since
those lists mostly don't receive spam anyway (not enough members for spammers
to be worth the effort of subscribing). I'll use the time that I put in those
lists, in the LUG from now on. That should (hopefully!) make a difference.
(I'll still keep an eye on the other lists of course!)

Bye,
Joeri
