Some extensions load prior to the Extension Manager popping up.  If 
you then disable some of those extensions, the Mac necessarily has to 
restart to unload the extensions it had already loaded.  Either live 
with it, or adapt both sets such that they both use the same 
"extensions prior to loading Ext Mgr".

Besides, since a couple of years I never use special extension sets 
anymore -- I always work with a full set of whatever I fancy, and 
never have any problems ith them.  Are you sure you really _need_ 
those different sets?
