I do not know if you can accomplish this or not, but I'm wondering if 
you could graft some applescript and folder actions together to get a 
close approximation? Of course, I'm not an applescript hacker so I 
can't really help you, sorry.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
