At the moment, I am using Phatmatik Pro and Native Instruments Battery and will soon be using EXSP24 (I am also considering some of the Spectrasonics products). This raises the issue as to where samples should be stored. The choices are (1) audio drive, (2) applications/boot drive, or (3) dedicated sample drive. At the moment, I have my samples stored on my audio drive. Is this the best location or is another drive better?. What effect do these options have on the computer's resources (CPU and streaming from disk). Thank you! Kind regards, Dave
