hey LP, The RME-Hammerfalls and MOTU 828mkII's are high on my wanted list. The Onyxes look like they'd be an excellent cross-breed of analog mixer and digital interface though. My one concern is that I'm not really sure how the signal chain in the Onyx is laid out. They mention 2 outputs for monitoring, are those the only two outputs? That might be a bit limiting for doing surround mixes. anyway, these things are brand new and possibly not even available yet. I was just hoping to drum up a bit of discussion about them as they look like an intriguing bit of hardware. --- In logic-ot@yahoogroups.com, "litepipe" <litepipe@a...> wrote: > Hi Rob, > I haven't seen or used the Onyx yet.
