I have no idea about your problem, but IMO this is not an OT post and 
you'll hit a much wider audience if you repost it to the main LUG list.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
