Are you using Logic 4.x or 5.5.1? 

If you aren't using the audio features you have no reason to upgrade. Save
your money. 

If you want to use the audio features you can use lot of them with Logic
5.x Windows. There may be some compelling reason to go with the Mac if
Logic 7 or whatever Apple decides to call it comes out sometime in the next
12 Months. However, I doubt that this would be the case if you only use
Logic as a midi sequencer.
