You're welcome, of course! Glad to help...

One extra note: if you go to buy a large IDE drive (over 128GB) make 
sure your Mac can support it; older Macs cannot natively address larger 
drives without an aftermarket IDE controller card. (I have a 
Quicksilver 2002 model, which had no trouble seeing the entire 300GB 
drive). Check Apple's website for full details on your particular 
model. If you end up adding an external FW drive instead then I don't 
think you have to worry about this.

As Andy also pointed out, one of Seagates biggest advantages is their 
super-quiet operation. Both my new drive and the one that shipped with 
my Mac are Seagate Barracudas, and I never - ever! - hear the clack! 
clack! clack! harddrive sound or anything else, no matter how hard I'm 
pushing the machine.
