I know -- I've been sub'd to the ot-list ever since I joined the LUG. 
And I've been the first one to suggest what's now in the poll: the 
force all LUGgers to subscribe to the ot-list too.
The point of my msg quoted above was: what use is the ot-list if 
hardly anyone is subscribed to it?  That's why everyone should be 
forced to sub to the ot-list.
