The Logic Off Topic list

I would like to use the database system 4D to control Logic via MIDI  
(latest version 4D, Mac only would be enough).

Is here probably a developer who can develop a 4D plugin for MIDI?
I don't need many functionalities. Basically just listening on all  
MIDI ports and a command to send my own messages. Something like that:
MIDIsend ("InterfaceName";$Port;$MyMessage)
