Outlook Express

When observing email on the ISP, a single message is seen.  When downloading
to Outlook Express, a duplicate message for each email on the ISP ends up in
outlook express.  Does anyone have a clue?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
