If I am listening to the right bit, I think on that track the pattern is
actually programmed (and repeated) and  it's actually DadaDadaDa--.
and sometimes  --daDadaDa--.
Another more 'automated' way to do it would be to use a single 16th
delay with  no feedback, on an 8th note beat pattern. Mix  delay level
and freq response to suit...but it then would be DadaDadaDada. always.

all dada'd out now...
