Actually the song is Push Upstairs. Its not as clear on the live album
but on the studio album it forms the distinctive riff of the song. BUt
I've heard it on other techno CD's too.
I don't think its an echo. There is a pickup note or two before the down
beat.

It might be done with using the same note and patch but varrying the
velocity 120-40-120-40.... I'll have to experiment.
Any other ideas?
