Crazy! >I hate chorus now and never use it. I saw Pat Metheny play here in Melbourne in 1985 with his band which included Lyle Mays on keys. Pat played some Synclavier Guitar -- his "signiature tone" and a very convincing soprano sax patch amongst other sounds. At the time I read an interview with him where he said he didn't like chorus -- it just sounded out of tune to him. To me, his guitar sound seemed to have some sort of doubling/ADT and -- of course -- reverb. Pat was an impressive player but what I remember most about that night was the incredible stack of keyboards Lyle Mays had and the warm Oberheim horn sounds he used. Regards, Murray
