Mac: OT G4 350. 400 or 450

I want to buy a new Sawtooth Mac G4 and my local dealer said, that the little one (with 350 Mhz) will be the best choice for me. I have the AW8 Card and I will give the G4 about 256 MB RAM and I\ufffdm using a IBM DNES 9.1GB UW Harddisk. Can someone tell me his experience with this configuration (for example how many stereo Platinum Verbs can I use with the 350 or with the 400 Mhz G4? Any suggestions about the SCSI Card? I think I should buy a double channel card because I also have some SCSI2 things like CD-Recorder. My dealer said something about the formac card... And at least, I will use my Studio4 Midi-Interface. Can someone tell me how the little card is named that I can put instead of the internal Modem and where I can get it cheap? I know that most of the questions are discussed already in the LUG and I don\ufffdt want to start a new discussion about Mac or not. So clease mail me privatly.
