There are huge numbers of Irish immigrants in the US. I've never heard or 
seen any recruiting for the IRA in my entire life. I suppose they go to 
Irish districts.

As you know the problem is almost intractable, but the US did help a lot 
with George Mitchell and Clinton - much better results than with the 
Israelis and Palestinians.

Hasn't the IRA stopped all the terror now, and are just arguing about 
when to turn in their weapons?
