thank you for rofl-ing along with me.

I had a solo gig at the bitter end in greenwich village tonight and I played
my new song "Why'd you castrate my city"... (which can be downloaded for
free at my site, teddybut.com BTW)

people were rofl-ing in spite of themselves... probably out of embarrasment
at one man's (me) kind of futile expression of rage. it's interesting the
effect of an attack like we had in NYC on art...  I hope we can hear more
real music soon instead of the paltry excuse for expression that has
permeated our MTV for the last few years. Several record industry folks i've
talked to said this was a good probability... let's hope so.
