The reason for the law below is in no small part because cocaine-tainted
money gets around in Florida (I don't recall the percentage but it's a huge
one) and without laws to the contrary there was fear that innocent people
would be caught with what was drug money and under other laws have their
properties seized without recourse (which IMHO is a truly even more screwed
up law).
