The Logic Off Topic list

I am currently looking for an Amp for my Mac G4, and separate CD and tape 
player.  Can any one recommend a good make or a good place to go and have a 
look in the London area - United Kingdom please?

denon have always been a very highly regarded hi fi component 
maker in the same sort of price range as most sony, jvc, etc...but 
way better. all the electronics shops on tottenham court road 
would be my first port of call..that would be south of oxford street, 
unless you want to find yourself wandering into sex shops :)

If you're on a budget, you should definitely check out the discount HIFi
chain 'Richer Sounds' -

Any of the amps they list will serve you well. I only know the London
stores but found them friendly, helpful and comparatively knowledgeable.
