I need to connect a MOTU Midi time piece AV to an Alesis Adat
XT20 .
Via the adat sync connectors.
In this mode i can save one track (used for SMPTE)
What is the cable pinout for the 9 pin connectors beetwen
both machines?

I'm pretty sure it's a straight-through serial cable.

1 -> 1
2 -> 2
3 -> 3 ...etc.


I've used a standard d-sub 9 cable from the MTP/AV to my Adat XT for
several projects.
