I believe Universal has a searchable database of its entire 
backcatalogue, but since Celine is signed to Sony afaik, that won't help 
you very much.

By the way, some funny news: EMI is no longer a label. EMI is now only 
the name of the music group. The music label EMI has just been renamed 
to Capitol.
