Gigabyte P4 Titan DDR (GA-8IRXP)

I'm about to purchase a new system - P4 1.8A Northwood with a i845 DDR board. I was going to get the Asus P4B266 but this Gigabyte board is the same price and includes a Promise RAID controller, USB2.0 and some other very nice features. I was doubtful about quality but RME have now listed this Gigabyte board as their reference system! Anyone got opions on this board (or the Asus)? Regards, Gordon
